Job Summary:
HCA Florida North Florida Hospital in Gainesville, Florida, in conjunction with the University of Central Florida College of Medicine (UCF COM), is seeking additional faculty for their established internal medicine residency program.
Qualified Candidates:
Post graduate clinical experience preferred
Teaching experience or past chief resident experience a plus
Emphasize outpatient care in practice
Collaborate closely with clinic residents
Conduct clinic-only attending days
Participate in lectures exclusive to clinic settings
Must be board certified in internal medicine
Core faculty will actively participate in clinical supervision, mentoring, and teaching of residents and medical students, didactic presentations, serving on committees, and participating in scholarly activities
Minimal call requirement
.2FTE administrative time / .8 FTE clinical time
