Description We are looking for a dedicated HR Recruiter to join our team in Gahanna, Ohio, on a Contract to permanent basis. This role involves sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates in a high-volume recruitment environment, with a focus on the construction industry. Responsibilities:
• Source candidates with relevant experience using platforms like CareerBuilder and other talent sourcing tools.
• Conduct screening and preliminary interviews to assess applicant suitability.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Perform detailed background checks to ensure compliance with hiring standards.
• Manage applicant tracking systems, such as Paylocity, to maintain accurate candidate records.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create effective recruitment strategies.
• Facilitate intake interviews to gather insights into candidate fit for specific roles.
• Provide timely updates to stakeholders on recruitment progress and candidate status.
• Ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires by coordinating necessary documentation and processes.
• Stay informed about trends in the construction industry to attract top talent. Requirements • A minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a high-volume setting.
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems like Paylocity.
• Strong ability to source candidates through various platforms, including CareerBuilder.
• Experience conducting interviews and assessing candidate qualifications.
• Familiarity with recruitment practices in the construction industry is highly preferred.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
