Job Description

Kelly Services is looking for Customer Service Representatives for a position in Gahanna, OH!

Shift: Sun-Thur 2am-10am

Pay Rate: $16/hr

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

Engage and respond to customer inquiries promptly. Find a way to successfully meet the clients shipping needs. This requires out of the box thinking and excellent problem solving skills. Take orders or jobs from customers. When a customer calls or emails to initiate a job, take the pickup information, delivery information, and any other information needed to initiate the job. Give quotes to customers for any of the services we provide, which includes:

Identifying customer needs,

Providing assistance in determining the mark-up and quote promptly,

Ensuring that all quotes sheets are completely filled out and filed-for reference,

Provide customers with a POD or status of their shipment,

Problem solve-help customers find ways of doing things that are difficult,

Find creative ways of helping customers achieve things that are too difficult for other freight forwarders.

Requirements

Requirements:

At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a Call Center environment.

Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or GED.

Be proficient in Microsoft-Word and Excel.

Preferred Knowledge/Skill:

Customer Service Logistics experience is strongly preferred.

Strong knowledge of geography is highly preferred.
