Description:
Exhibits proficiency in all aspects of scheduling
Registers outpatients by obtaining necessary,accurate financial and demographic information.
Consistently exhibits excellence in patient/customer service.
Demonstrates knowledge and ability to operate various types of office equipment.
Consistently completes all assigned tasks.
Consistently meets department call center metrics.
Works as a positive team member to support and increase overall efficiency of the department.
Minimum Qualifications:
One year of college required; two years preferred or equivalent work experience in healthcare setting.Excellent Customer Service Skills
Patient registration & insurance verification require
Knowledge of Call Center phone systems preferred
Working knowledge of medical terminology is required.
Proficiency in computer skills and experience with computerized scheduling system is required.
