Keurig Dr Pepper Sr. Supply Chain Analyst in Frisco, Texas

Job Overview

As the Sr. Analyst, Supply Chain Obsolescence at Keurig Dr Pepper (KDP), you will play a pivotal role in continuing to improve our end-to-end enterprise obsolescence processes, with a primary focus on reducing exposure and improving controls. This position is critical to optimizing our supply chain, supporting the business's current needs, and driving efficiency improvements throughout our existing processes to reduce cost. You will support this critical initiative by helping to recognize areas of opportunity, maintaining and improving our supply chain processes, and ensuring we are driving the hot beverage BU to a "zero obso" standard. Speed, attention to detail, a critical thinking mind-set, and a desire to pressure test and improve established processes are paramount in this role.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Compile data, update reporting, and evaluate output of those reports for follow up, root cause assignment, and escalation where needed

  • Consistently partner with planning, commercial, demand planning, procurement, project managers, etc in weekly calls

  • Lead project runout analysis and risk mitigation execution on cross-functional teams

  • Understand and recognize trends in the data by material type, brand management type, material age, etc.

  • Track and improve risk mitigation opportunities

  • Create presentation ready visuals and supporting materials for internal and external parties

  • Help to ideate new project ideas to reduce obso risk across the hot beverage BU

    Key Performance Indicators:

    Success in this role will be measured through a combination of qualitative and quantitative performance measures aligned with strategic track charter milestones and Supply Chain KPIs. Key metrics will be determined and communicated to ensure clarity on performance expectations.

    Key Relationships:

  • Collaborate closely with Supply Chain Planning, Demand Planning, and Supply Chain Initiatives / Project Management teams.

  • Interact with Commercial partners and relevant functional SMEs to align obsolescence strategies with business objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree Required; preferably in a Supply Chain or Logistics related field of study

  • Heavy working experience with SAP and Microsoft Excel is required; Microsoft PowerPoint, APO, and SNP experience is preferred

  • 3+ years of experience in Supply Chain Planning, Supply Chain Project Management, or similar function is required

  • Proactive approach and a strong desire to drive change and continuous improvement
