The new Omni Frisco Hotel at The Star is more than just the official hotel of the Dallas Cowboys, it’s the new social hub for great food, fun and nightlife. This 16-story hotel features 300 beautifully appointed guest rooms and suites and a range of meeting spaces to accommodate any sized gathering. Job Description

To ensure all breakfast items are prepared to specifications.

Responsibilities

  • Work with minimum supervision.

  • Follow prep list and overnight rules and procedure.

  • Serve high quality employee food to overnight staff.

  • Learn and be familiar with late menu, overnight IRD menu

  • Control quality and consistency of all food served.

  • Ensure all food supplies necessary for service are in appropriate supply on a timely basis.

  • Assist in controlling food cost.

  • Required to learn all menu items produced by assigned station.

  • Refrigeration and serving of cold food.

  • Production of orders.

  • Follow sanitation and Ecosure rules and procedure

  • Attend mandatory department meeting

Qualifications

  • Food Handlers Certification

  • Breakfast experience required

  • Culinary schooling preferred

  • Able to stand for 8+ hours a shift

  • Works well in a fast-paced team environment
