A DAY IN THE LIFE OF Marketing, Associate Product Manager,

This position, reporting to the Marketing Product Director, supports the marketing team by developing and executing brand strategy and tactics, which includes evidence planning and aligning cross-functional communications. The role involves staying updated on market and clinical data for DecisionDx-SCC, understanding the product's status and challenges in the marketplace, and leading commercial strategy with cross-functional teams. Key responsibilities include collaborating on marketing collateral creation, supporting various strategies (KOL, Congress, etc.), conducting market research, and analyzing results.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or other relevant areas (e.g., finance, biology, etc.); science focus a plus or a combination of an associate degree and experience in marketing, communications, or similar role in healthcare combines with experience in marketing, communications, or similar role in the healthcare industry, including medical sales; Oncology and diagnostics industry a plus.
• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a similar role in the healthcare industry, including medical sales.
• Experience implementing a digital media strategy.
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities while working in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and oral communication skills
• Actively display behavior that supports the mission, vision, and values of Castle Biosciences
