Richard Heath & Associates, Inc. (RHA) is currently seeking a talented professional for the following opportunity in the Fresno area:
Technical Support Technician
Full-time, Temporary
RHA Inc. delivers a broad portfolio of energy efficiency program design and management; as well as delivering technical consulting services and support. Working directly under the IT Supervisor, the IT Technician will be responsible for assisting RHA Team members and ITS Department in providing technical support for servers, desktops, laptops, tablets, phones and other IT resources. This is a highly visible position that requires excellent communication, customer service skills, prioritization/time management, and advanced computer and networking technical skills. This is a fully onsite position, reporting to our Fresno location. Expected duration is 3 months.
Minimum Qualifications:
Associates degree or bachelor's degree in related field of study or commensurate experience
Five years of related work experience
One year of Virtualization experience, and one year of Azure cloud infrastructure deployment and maintenances
California Drivers License in good standing with minimum level of insurance
Pay: $24hr - $28hr
