Reporting to the Manager Quality & Accreditation*, Quality Resource, this position offers vital support for improvement of quality and clinical performance. This position collaborates with clinical staff to implement strategies focused on identifying, prioritizing, measuring, and refining key clinical processes and outcomes. Areas of responsibility include, but are not limited to, maintaining current knowledge of clinical indicators and compliance requirements, conducting concurrent medical record review to ensure documentation compliance and facilitating necessary interventions. This position will oversee data collection tools, deliver regular feedback to clinical department leaders and staff, and contribute to the ongoing execution of Saint Agnes Medical Center’s Quality program. Through teamwork, this role will assist staff in progressing towards enhanced clinical processes and outcomes.

  1. Associates degree in Nursing is required. Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Health Science, or related field is preferred.

  2. Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of California is required.

  3. Thorough knowledge of healthcare system operations with at least three (3) years of hospital experience is required.

  4. Strong written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills, including the ability to provide education to professional staff and physicians, are required.

  5. Demonstrated ability in computer usage and software applications including, but not limited to, Microsoft Office and Teams is required.

  6. Prior experience in performance improvement and/or outcomes management is preferred.

  7. Knowledge of clinical databases including, but not limited to, CMQCC, NCDR, Leapfrog, NDNQI, Midas, and Statit is preferred.

Pay Range ($41.00 - $61.50)
