Job Description
We are looking for a Program Manager to work for a leader in the utility industry. In this work you will be responsible for leading and being right hand person to support the leaders vision. You will be presenting on vision and future state on how this division will operate and execute.
Be in leadership meetings, provide updates on strategy, identifying key priorities and monitoring progress on critical initiatives. You will also be preparing meeting materials, filtering information and providing communication updates between departments.
You will also be overseeing large cross functional projects, ensuring timely completion and alignment with organizational goals. This scope includes analyzing data, presenting options, facilitating updates related to the data and governances programs.
Lastly you will track key performance indicators, and identify areas for improvement within the organization. we need this support to be a go-getter, attentive to detail, and willingness to hit the ground running.

Skills and Requirements
Experience with strategic planning and execution
Background in Program and Project Management
Experience running meetings with executive and providing updates on deliverables
Synthesizing information from meetings and building that content into a Power Point Deck (ability to present)
Excellent in excel skills
Driver, Leader, Takes initiative
Excellent oral and written communication null
