Offered on a short-term contract / contract to permanent basis, this HR Assistant position is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in the industry within the Fresno, California area.
How you will make an impact
Manage a number of administrative duties
Participate in planning new employee orientation meetings
Manage employee database records
Review the internet to locate potential customers Requirements - Desire to thrive in scenarios of team-based work or independent tasks, always looking to learn more and take initiative on a number of different projects and tasks
Strong communication skills and able to receive criticism well
Proficiency in HR Payroll System
Human Resources (HR) Administration experience required
Microsoft Office experience
Approachable and appropriate behavior when interacting with personnel at all levels in a quickly changing environment
Experience with office applications and software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)
Experience handling confidential business matters and information with discretion
