Incodema3D is a leader in Direct Metal 3D Printing. We are AS9100 certified with a particular focus on aerospace and are specialized in Direct Metal production work. We have a team of experienced additive manufacturing professionals with extensive additive metal manufacturing experience.We are seeking a Quality Inspector to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience conducting visual and mechanical dimensional inspections, verifying conformance to requirements and specifications, operating CMM and Blue Light inspection equipment and initiating routine inspection programs utilizing appropriate software.This is a 2nd shift position working Monday through Friday from 2:00pm until 10:30PM. If you are a detail-oriented individual with a passion for quality, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.Primary responsibilities include:Complete first article inspections, in-process inspections, and final inspection of parts to prints, engineering drawings and travelers to ensure compliance with customer and regulatory         requirements.Perform visual and mechanical inspections using measurement and test equipment such as micrometers, calipers, pin gages, optical comparators, and other equipment; generate and        develop inspection process.Examine material or product for surface defects such as crack, pits, and other surface irregularities.Interpret, assess, and inspect GD&T controls to customer engineering drawings.Operate CMM and blue light inspection equipment and access or run programs using Zeiss Calypso software, and Blue light inspection programs in GOM software.Develop detailed inspection plans to outline entire inspection process from in process to final inspection.Perform gauge calibrations based on set schedules and when needed; enter and maintain data and information using appropriate gage management software.Document and segregate non-conforming material and parts in accordance with Quality procedures.Analyze and prepare inspection result reports using Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and inspection specific-software packages.Qualifications:Strong computer skills and ability to utilize inspection specifice software packagesAbility to use Zeiss Calypso and GMO software applicationsAbility to operate a CMM and blue lightAbility to work well in an integrated collaborative team environment.Strong communication skillsSelf-motivation, organization, and ability to prioritize and execute tasksHigh level of attention to detail and problem solving abilityStrong work ethic and dependable.High school diploma, technical school training, and a minimum of 1 year relevant work experienceKnowledge of AS9001 or other quality management systems strongly preferredIncodema3D offers competitive pay, health and dental insurance, paid company holidays, paid time off, and a 401K retirement plan.Employment decisions are based upon job related reasons regardless of race, ethnicity, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, age, national origin, disability, gender identity, genetic information, verteran status, or any other status protected by law.To conform to U.S. Government space technology export regulations, including the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) you must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident of the U.S., protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3),or eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State.
