Summary: To assemble products in accordance with established standards by performing thefollowing duties.Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.1. Assembles assigned product parts in accordance with production guidelines.2. Wears personal protective equipment in accordance with training guidelines.3. Reads and understands our in-house work orders, prints and verbal orders.4. Identifies and gathers hardware parts, materials and tools used in the assembly process.5. Properly measures and double checks information prior to assembling products to avoidmistakes.6. Stands for long periods of time.7. Selects proper materials for each job. Uses off-cuts whenever possible.8. Organizes off-cut materials.9. Performs quality control checks on material used for jobs.10. Helps Shipping / Receiving by loading, unloading and stocking materials and finishedproducts.11. Uses equipment and hand tools including: belt and disc sanders, drill press, hand heldmotorized grinders, wire brushes, scrapers, files & other related tools.12. Reports any material or equipment issues to production manager.13. Complies with company policies and procedures giving special attention to safetyregulations.14. Maintains safe, clean and organized work space and cart daily.15. Performs end of day maintenance duties in assigned areas.16. Conserves resources by using equipment and supplies as needed.17. Minimum Salary: 16 Maximum Salary: 20 Salary Unit: Hourly
