Description

We are currently seeking a dedicated and dynamic Field Program Manager to lead our team of Field Investigators. This remote position offers the opportunity to manage and support a diverse team, ensuring the highest standards of investigative reporting and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will be a driven leader, capable of fostering a collaborative environment while providing strategic direction and support to enhance team performance and deliver excellent outcomes, while growing the program.

Position Field Investigator (FI) Program Manager

Position Requirements

  • Oversee the daily activities of Field Investigators, ensuring efficient and effective operations.

  • Maintain and enhance the quality of reports and investigations by conducting regular reviews and implementing quality control measures.

  • Provide continuous support, guidance, and professional development opportunities to team members.

  • Motivate the team through effective leadership, recognition, and incentive strategies.

  • Develop and implement strategic plans that align with organizational goals, including resource allocation and project scheduling.

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and standards in the conduct of investigations.

  • Facilitate communication and collaboration across the team and with external stakeholders.

  • Handle administrative tasks related to project management, including budgeting, reporting, and maintaining accurate records.

  • Analyze performance data and generate reports to inform decision-making and improve team effectiveness.

  • Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise within the team promptly and professionally.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in program management, ideally in a field investigation or similar role.

  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage remote teams effectively.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for motivating others.

  • Ability to maintain high standards of confidentiality and professionalism.

  • Strong organizational skills and the capacity to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Proficient in using technology and program management tools to manage remote teams.
