Job Description
* This position requires a commitment to managing the department for continued growth with a strong emphasis on marketing and business development.
* The Construction Materials Department Manager oversees and manages the materials testing and all laboratory operations.
* Other responsibilities include leading and mentoring a team of engineers and project managers, overseeing projects, performing report reviews, preparing proposals, managing departmental P&L, and assisting other senior staff in marketing our services by maintaining and developing client interactions.

Skills and Requirements
6-8 years of related experience
Must have practical experience in conducting laboratory testing, construction observation, field quality assurance testing, site grading, and supervising construction materials testing
Must have a P.E. license
BS or MS in Civil Engineering - Geotechnical background null
