ManpowerGroup Development Director in Frederick, Maryland
Salary: $60,000 - $75,000 annually, plus excellent benefits
Location: Frederick, Maryland
Reports To: Executive Director
Purpose:
The Development Director will oversee all fundraising activities, focusing on grants management, mobile clinic tours, event planning, sponsorships, and donor relations to achieve the MD/PA program's annual fundraising goals.
This is a full-time, permanent opportunity.
Key Responsibilities:
Grant Management:
Manage grant deadlines, submissions, and reporting.
Cultivate relationships with grantmakers and assist in securing new funding opportunities.
Mobile Clinic Tours:
Assist the Executive Director with follow-up and cultivation of tour participants to drive donor engagement.
Event & Sponsorship Management:
Plan and execute two major fundraising events annually.
Secure sponsorships and manage event logistics to meet fundraising goals.
Donor Relations:
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with individual donors using DonorPerfect.
Oversee donor acknowledgment and stewardship processes, ensuring sustained giving.
Minimum Requirements:
5+ years of professional fundraising experience (preference for healthcare or service-related sectors).
Proven success in managing grants, events, and donor relations.
Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
Proficient in donor management software and Microsoft Office.
