Aerotek QC Technician in Frederick, Colorado
Seeking Weekend Shift Quality Control (QC) Technicians at a Renowned Manufacturer in Longmont!
We are seeking a detail-oriented and quality-driven QC Technician to join our team in the medical device manufacturing industry. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting visual and functional inspections of components and medical devices at various stages of the manufacturing process. You will utilize precision measuring equipment and tools such as calipers, micrometers, gage blocks/pins, measuring microscope, and height gage to perform detailed measurements and tests on components and finished products.
Responsibilities
Perform visual and functional inspections of components and medical devices.
Use precision measuring equipment and tools to perform detailed measurements and tests.
Follow established inspection procedures and standards.
Identify and document defects or non-conformities.
Collaborate with the production team to address and resolve defects.
Conduct final inspections and quality checks before shipment.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of all inspections and testing results.
Assist in root cause analysis and participate in corrective and preventive actions when necessary.

Work Environment
Work collaboratively within a small quality team alongside a larger assembly team and engineering team. The role involves working in a cleanroom environment, requiring adherence to proper cleanroom attire.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $26.00/hr.
