Job Opportunity: Technical Support Analyst
About the Role: Are you passionate about technology and eager to kickstart your career in IT support? We are looking for enthusiastic individuals with 3-6 months of experience or internship in technical support to join our dynamic team as Technical Support Analysts. Key Highlights:
Local Candidates Preferred: This position is open to local candidates who can report onsite for the duration of training.
Hybrid Work Model: After training, enjoy the flexibility of working from home three days a week.
Comprehensive Training: All resources need to be onsite for the duration of training to ensure you are fully equipped for success.
Remote Interviews: Interviews will be conducted remotely via Zoom.
Equipment Provided: We provide all necessary equipment, including a laptop. Any additional equipment will be at the candidate's cost.
Role Summary: As a Technical Support Analyst, you will be the first point of contact for technical issues, requests, and questions from over 20,000 supported staff. Your responsibilities will include:
Providing technical support via phone and chat interactions using remote access software.
Troubleshooting remote hardware, custom and commercial software, and connectivity issues.
Supporting Windows 10/11, Office 365, laptops, desktops, printers, mobile devices, and various in-house and commercial applications.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle an average of 25 interactions per day, ensuring high-quality customer service and first contact resolution.
Adhere to Key Performance Indicators, including attendance, schedule adherence, quality, and customer service.
Expect nearly 100% of your day to be dedicated to handling customer interactions during assigned shifts.
Required Skills and Experience:
General Windows Knowledge/Troubleshooting
MS Office Troubleshooting
General Networking Knowledge
Service Desk Experience
Phone/Chat IT Support Experience
Great Typing Skills (WPM)
Additional Skills:
Familiarity with Device Manager, IP addresses, Event Viewer, Team Viewer, DNS, Task Manager, and installation of applications on mobile devices.
Knowledge of hidden file navigation and identifying running applications.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $20.00/hr.
