ManpowerGroup 2nd Shift Production Supervisor in Franklin, Wisconsin

Our client, profitable and growing Food Industry is seeking a 2nd shift Production Supervisor to join their team. As a Production Supervisor , you will be part of the Production Team supporting a variety of teams. The ideal candidate will have Strong Leadership skills, time management, and strong colloboration skills which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Direct Hire-2nd Shift Food Production Supervisor

Location: Milwaukee, WI & Franklin, WI

Pay Range: $75K-$80K

What’s the Job?

  • Coach, motivate, mentor and develop staff through training of HACCP, GMPs, Safety, Quality and other company procedures.

  • Create KPI goals for production team and ensure they are consistently met

  • Enforce plant and company safety programs, promoting and maintaining a high level of awareness and adherence to defined employee safety requirements such as lock-out/tag-out, personal protective equipment, etc.

  • Support, demonstrate and promote Miller Baking Co.’s core values: Teamwork, Integrity, Courage & Curiosity

  • Assure proper staffing levels with regards to skills and headcount.

What’s Needed?

  • Ability to stand and/or walk up to 100% of the time, work in a freezer, & lift up to 50 lbs.

  • Strong organizational skills in which attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks/projects on time is essential.

  • Ability to work independently and efficiently, exercise initiative, resourcefulness, and good judgement.

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills; ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

  • Flexible and comfortable working under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

  • Ability to work flexible and irregular hours that may vary due to the needs of a 24-hour manufacturing environment.

  • Bilingual English/Spanish proficiency, preferred.
