General Summary

Capture leader to develop winning capture plans for strategic new business opportunities valued at $100M+. Work closely with BD and operations to develop strategies to set our company apart and gain customer preference for strategic CONUS and OCONUS DoD pursuits. Position reports to our Chief Growth Officer.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead a diverse team of outstanding growth team members.

  • Develop innovative and winning strategies to win new strategic ($100M+) opportunities' all phases and activities of the capture process for assigned opportunities.

  • Implement/Enhance capture processes within our company.

  • Win assigned opportunities by identifying and communicating a truly unique and customer valued approach

Knowledge, Experience and Skill Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree

  • 3 years building a winning/growth team.

  • 5 years experience winning single award 50M-500M DoD opportunities

Work Environment

  • Work environment is a typical office setting.

  • Physical demands include prolonged sitting, intermittent standing and walking, and occasional bending reaching and lifting.

  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
