Job Description:

The HR Generalist/Administrative Assistant supports the HR department by managing employee records, assisting with recruitment, onboarding, monitoring, and following up on staff training and development and payroll, while also handling administrative tasks and answering employee inquiries

Main Responsibilities:

• Recruitment and Onboarding

o Assist with Job Postings

o Screening Resumes

o Place Phone Screenings

o Schedule Interviews

• Training and development of staff

o Support set up of training and development plans

o Monitoring training success and identify further needs together with departments

• Paycor Data Entry

o Enter employee information for Temps and Direct Hires

o Processing Timecards

• Benefits Enrollment data entry

• Employee File Management

• Update KPI files

• Provide general administrative support

o Answering Phones

o Gate Access

o Printing/Scanning Documents

• Sort and mail samples to Germany Quality Dept

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $25.00/hr.
