Google Consulting Account Lead, Google Cloud (English, German) in Frankfurt, Germany

Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
Candidates will typically have 10 years of experience in a technical project management or a customer-facing role
Experience in leading delivery teams, migration, implementation, or managed services operations of technology services engagements for organizations
Ability to communicate in English and German fluently to support client relationship management in this region
Preferred qualifications:
Typically 15 years of experience navigating customer organizational structures, developing technology programs, defining milestones, success criteria, resource allocation, and on-time delivery
Technical experience in two or more of the following areas: data center infrastructure, operating systems, networking, security, system administration and/or service management
Experience in account/project management and a customer-facing role leading enterprise customers through business or technology transformations
Ability to quickly grasp and distinctly explain technological and business concepts
Exemplary communication and people skills
As a Google Cloud Consulting Account Lead, you act as a result-driven Trusted Advisor to our largest customers, ultimately responsible for ensuring their overall success and transformation with Google Cloud.
In this role, you will align at the executive level, building and maintaining relationships with business executives and IT stakeholders, and understand their business requirements and goals. Building on this knowledge, you will lead the shared strategic roadmaps to drive customer partnerships, provide technical guidance and program leadership, and facilitate customers’ digital transformation to maximize their value on Google Cloud.
You will manage all aspects of Google Cloud adoption, helping customers accelerate their journey to our platform, maximize their business and technical operations, and serving as their primary advocate. The end result is increased value, retention, customer satisfaction, and ultimately expansion of the Google Cloud footprint.

Drive the customer partnership for key strategic customers, from a delivery standpoint. Establish executive relationships with business and IT stakeholders to understand their objectives.
Accelerate customer’s migration to Google Cloud Platform (GCP) by influencing all relevant stakeholders and removing roadblocks.
Ensure that customers derive maximum value from their investment in Google Cloud. Assess their capabilities, collaborate with other Google stakeholders, and prescribe recommendations to help them accelerate GCP deployments and achievement of their business targets.
Engage Google Cloud Consulting teams (PSO) and partners in order to accelerate our customers’ transformation and successful adoption of Google Cloud.
Leverage our adoption methodology and our transformation framework, conduct customer Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), advocate for customers to rapidly knock down adoption blockers, and coordinate across multiple work streams and teams to maintain customer momentum.
