Industrial Maintenance Technician
Job Description
Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic production equipment, including 3 Phase motors, conveyors, and presses.
Perform electrical troubleshooting (480V, 277V, 120V, and 24V DC), PLC and robotics troubleshooting (Fanuc and ABB), hydraulic and pneumatic repairs, and other general maintenance tasks.
Responsibilities
Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic production equipment.
Perform electrical troubleshooting for 480V, 277V, 120V, and 24V DC systems.
Troubleshoot PLCs and robotics systems, including Fanuc and ABB.
Conduct hydraulic and pneumatic repairs.
Perform general maintenance tasks as required.
Essential Skills
3-5 years of industrial maintenance experience with an associate's degree preferred.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
Experience with electrical systems (480V), mechanical systems, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
Knowledge of PLC troubleshooting and ladder logic is a plus.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Entry-level candidates with a degree will be considered.
Candidates without a degree must have 10 years of experience.
Welding (MIG) experience is a plus.
Conduit bending experience is a plus.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Frankfort, Kentucky.
