Concentrix is seeking a dynamic Content Management and Events Manager to join the Global Marketing team. This role is responsible for managing and optimizing marketing assets across various platforms, and for planning and executing events in North America.
This role supports our ongoing work in driving new levels of transformation and experience as a technology leader by ensuring availability and consistency of impactful content for our global teams, as well as showcase Concentrix as best in class at key tradeshows and conferences.
Ideal candidate will be self-directed and curious with a desire to learn and facilitate new ways for our teams to engage with prospects and clients.

Content Managem ent:
· Manage quarterly updates of marketing assets including but not limited to powerpoint decks, fact sheets, datasheets, video links and other bill of materials on Concentrix’s internal content management platform, Gallery.
· Track content updates on Website and ensure changes are reflected across content repositories.
· Edit and publish corporate, sales and other materials on Gallery.
· Optimize content for search.
· Track and analyze content performance to identify areas for improvement.
Event Management:
· Organize and execute events, including conferences, webinars, workshops, and networking events.
· Manage event logistics, including venue selection, catering, and AV equipment.
· Coordinate with vendors, speakers, and other event stakeholders.
· Work with campaign and social teams to promote events through various marketing channels.
· Update events listing on Website and manage the Global Events calendars
· Track event performance through SFDC dashboard and create an event recap slide.

Concentrix is a great match if you have:
Experience in marketing, content management, event planning, or a related field.
Project management skills, attention to detail, strong organizational skills, ability to work under pressure, experience with event software and tools.
Excellent written and verbal communications with ability to work with cross-functional teams
Experience with content management systems a plus with understanding of SEO principles
Asana project management tool, SFDC and Marketo a plus
Ability to create and manage event budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effectiveness.
Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., marketing, communications, journalism, public relations).

The base salary range for this position is $53,000- $77,000, plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies. Benefits available to eligible employees in this role include medical, dental, and vision insurance, comprehensive employee assistance program, 401(k) retirement plan, paid time off and holidays and paid learning days.
