Staples Facility Solutions Regional Account Specialist in Framingham, Massachusetts

What you’ll be doing:
Collaborate with Vertical sellers to understand their needs and provide operational support.
Oversee and manage daily operations related to Facilities business in the assigned region.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution of projects and services.
Develop and implement efficient methods and procedures to enhance operational effectiveness.
Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify opportunities for improvement.
Resolve escalated issues and troubleshoot complex problems related to the Facilities business.
Maintain compliance with internal policies, regulations, and quality standards.
Provide input to the budgeting process and monitor financial performance.
Conduct regular reviews of processes and suggest innovations to drive efficiency.

What’s needed- Basic Qualifications
- 4+ years of prior related specialized experience.
What’s needed- Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a related field
Strong background in operations management.
Proven experience in process improvement.
Knowledge of Facilities business operations.
Experience supervising a team.
Familiarity with budgeting and financial analysis.
