A day in the life

As the Director of Sales, you will play a pivotal role in driving Tribute's growth through building and maintaining referral relationships, improving our lead closure rate, and expanding our market share in Massachusetts, Illinois, Maryland, and Virginia.

This will be done by:

  • Developing and implementing a comprehensive sales strategery to achieve Tribute's goals and objectives

  • Leading, mentoring and motivating a high performing outside sales team to consistently exceed targets

  • Identifying new business opportunities and driving the expansion of our referral base

  • Collaborating with Tribute's Client Solutions team to develop and implement an effective approach to account management

  • Utilizing data and analytics to assess sales performance and identify areas for improvement

  • Collaborating effectively with all departments and members of the Tribute team to ensure alignment on strategy

    This role will involve regular travel to our Massachusetts, Maryland, Chicago, and Northern Virginia service areas.

    Here's what the ideal candidate will bring to Tribute:

  • Tribute qualities: compassion, focus on others first, self-awareness, commitment to self-improvement, confidence, open-mindedness, sense of urgency

  • A compelling reason for wanting this role, and a passion for mission-driven work

  • 5+ years of experience in a sales leadership role, preferably in healthcare

  • A track record of achieving sales targets and professional growth

  • Strong strategic planning and analytical skills

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Must reside in the Greater Boston area, with the ability to travel (including air travel) 1-2 times a month

  • A Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college
