Job Title: Accounts Receivable Specialist
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Accounts Receivable Specialist with a strong background in managing both accounts receivable and accounts payable functions. This role involves generating invoices, collecting payments, and performing administrative duties, all while providing excellent customer service in a family-oriented environment.
Responsibilities
Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable processes, with a focus on invoice generation and payment collection.
Generate invoices by converting sales orders to invoices through Quickbooks and send them to customers.
Perform month-end and year-end financial tasks, including reconciliation and reporting.
Conduct data entry and maintain accurate records using Excel and Quickbooks Desktop.
Provide customer service by answering phones and assisting contractors with payment inquiries.
Participate in administrative duties, supporting the overall operations of the company.
Essential Skills
Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts receivable.
Proficiency in Quickbooks Desktop for invoice generation and financial tasks.
Strong Excel skills, including data entry and pivot table creation.
Experience in administrative tasks and customer service.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Personable and able to provide customer-facing support.
Reconciliation experience and familiarity with month-end processes.
Ability to prioritize experience over formal education degrees.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $30.00/hr.
