Description: Job Description: Material Program Manager Proposal Integrator - STATE We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Material Program Manager to join our team as a Proposal Integrator for the STATE program. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving standards through process and working to meet program deadlines for JPO proposal submissions. This role has the potential to support other efforts and programs, providing opportunities for growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:

-Integrate proposal efforts for the STATE program, ensuring compliance with program requirements and standards

-Drive standards through process, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing changes as needed

-Work closely with cross-functional teams to meet program deadlines for JPO proposal submissions

-Collaborate with Buyers, PCA, and other stakeholders to ensure proposal accuracy and completeness

-Analyze and resolve proposal-related issues, escalating as necessary to ensure timely resolution

-Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers and program customers

Basic Qualifications:

-Bachelor's degree in a related field (i.e. business, engineering, supply chain management)

-5+ years of experience in material program management, proposal development, or a related field

Desired Skills:

-In depth understanding of proposal development and integration processes

-Professional communicator

-Experience with STATE program or similar

-Knowledge of JPO proposal submission processes and requirements

-Familiarity with material program management tools and systems

-Experience working in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

-Well developed business acumen; attention to detail, with strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
