EnlivenHealth Solution Advisor I -

Are you passionate about collaborating with diverse teams to inspire customer success and drive impactful outcomes? Join us as a Solution Advisor I at EnlivenHealth, where you'll play a pivotal role in developing and executing strategies to elevate customer satisfaction and product adoption.

As a Solution Advisor I, you'll collaborate closely with our Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams, leveraging your expertise to advance the utilization of EnlivenHealth solutions. Your primary focus will be on maintaining in-depth product knowledge, crafting training materials, and delivering engaging training sessions to our clients, inspiring them to maximize the benefits of our solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Execute: Strengthen your subject matter expertise on EnlivenHealth products to provide advisory support to both internal teams and external customers. From pre-implementation engagements to post-implementation support, you'll guide customers through strategic planning and implementation to ensure successful adoption of our solutions.

  • Collaborate and Impact: Collaborate with Customer Success and Sales teams to develop success plans tailored to each customer's needs. Through strategic engagements and goal-oriented initiatives, you'll drive customer satisfaction and product adoption, ultimately making a significant impact on our customers' success.

  • Inspire and Empower: Inspire our customers to embrace the full potential of EnlivenHealth solutions by recommending key features and functions that align with their objectives. Your ability to communicate effectively and provide value-add support will empower customers to achieve their desired outcomes.

  • Create and Innovate: Continuously innovate by creating best practice documentation and leveraging data-driven insights to identify opportunities for improvement. Your creative approach to problem-solving will drive innovation and enhance the overall customer experience.

Required Knowledge and Skills:

  • Experience and understanding of pharmacy operations and workflow.

  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with customers and colleagues.

  • Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Project.

  • Strong presentation, written, and interpersonal skills, coupled with superior problem-solving abilities.

  • Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and environments.

  • Must thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in pharmacy operations or equivalent.

  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record, and access to a vehicle in acceptable working condition.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of pharmacy technician experience or equivalent.

  • Experience in course development and content presentation/delivery.

Work Conditions:

  • Remote work with occasional travel (up to 10%).

  • Flexibility with irregular work hours to accommodate customer needs.

  • Ability to stand or sit for extended periods may be required.
