DriveTime Senior Manager, Global Partnerships Operations in Fort Worth, Texas

What’s Under the Hood

DriveTime Family of Brands includes in-house financing and servicing through Bridgecrest, which is one of the country’s leading financial servicing providers. Bridgecrest services roughly $17 billion in finance receivables for DriveTime and other third parties. We service auto loans across a wide credit spectrum with the intent of creating a strong path to vehicle ownership for our customers.

That’s Nice, But What’s the Job?

In short, the Senior Manager, Global Partnerships will act as the direct liaison between the BPO(s) and Bridgecrest. You will be responsible for managing the partnership, and the overall performance of the supplier and call center operations.

In long, your responsibilities will include:

  • Engaging directly with the supplier by traveling abroad to ensure compliance and service level agreements are met in a timely and consistent manner, complete compliance audits and site performance evaluations. You will also collaborate with multiple internal teams on issue resolution, department performance and general day-to-day operations.

  • Owning day-to-day performance and account level audits for the BPO(s)

  • Managing multiple processes, dependent upon program scope, including training, operations, and specialty functions

  • Providing account-level support to partners including answer questions and escalations

  • Performing performance score card audits and ensures call quality and customer experience meets expectations

  • Partnering with supplier training team to ensure quality and accuracy for training programs

  • Providing recommendations on processes and practices to improve program performance

  • Conducting site visits for presence, support, and manager-level evaluation

  • Performing score-carding assessments to gauge program success

  • Required travel to assigned geographical locations and vendor sites for a duration of 3 to 14 business days, subject to change based on business needs.

Requirements:

  • Passport and ability to travel internationally without restrictions approximately 25-50%.

  • Strong background in Collections and Customer Service within financial services field

  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), with supplier and internal stakeholders

  • Strong organizational skills

  • Proficiency using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

  • High school diploma required, Bachelors degree preferred
