Lockheed Martin Program Manager / Supply Chain Management / Skunk Works / Level 6 in Fort Worth, Texas

Description: The Supply Chain team is seeking a full-time Material Program Manager Level 6

In this fast-paced role, you will play a critical part in developing and executing internal relationships with Advanced Development Program Office, the Customer and with the Global Supply Chain (GSC) team. Every day will be unique as your responsibilities are designed to help communicate the program's vision, purpose and mission from it's customer and company's perspective. Their job is to help communicate from a One Voice approach, the objectives, strategies and plans specific to GSC and its Supply base; that are necessary to winning the business and supporting the customer(s).

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Establishing and executing acquisition strategies to support program objectives while maintaining procurement system integrity

• Effective communication across multiple disciplines and with multiple personalities

• Opportunities to manage competing demands between aggressive program schedule milestones and functional compliance responsibilities

• Ensuring compliance with internal procurement policies, Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) requirements and Department of Defense FAR Supplement (DFARS)

• Conducting risk, issues, and opportunities management

Must be a US Citizen; this position will require a government security clearance. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.

Basic Qualifications:

• A Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, or equivalent professional industry experience

• Active Secret Security Clearance

• Experience in one of the following Purchasing/Subcontract Management, Engineering, Program Management or Manufacturing Engineer Planning

Desired Skills:

• Experience implementing or managing Supply Chain Risk Management requirements

• Proven project lead managing a cross-functional team and/or Subcontract Program Management experience

• Familiar with Federal Acquisition Regulations (DFAR) and Department of Defense (DoD) programs

• Proven project lead managing a cross-functional team and/or Subcontract Program Management experience

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to adapt and translate material to various supplier, internal, and USG audiences

• Demonstrated skills in team building and leading through influence

• Knowledge of project management tools

• Excellent customer and supplier relationship skills

• Ability to be highly organized and process focused

• Ability to prioritize workload and manage final deliverables

• Effective at multi-tasking competing and changing priorities

Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
