Job Description
BAE Systems has an exciting opportunity for a Program Administrator where you ll will have the chance to be included in F-35 Lightning ll Program. The F-35 Lightning ll is widely considered the most advanced fighter jet in the world. You will have the ability to manage diverse (including international) administrative duties and various functions of integrating new employees into the organization.
Responsibilities include:
Handles presentations for On-Boarding personnel
Initiates and assists in preparation and completing personnel functions
Organize and process activities that support On-Boarding and miscellaneous expenses
Organize and prepare Year End activities
Plans and prepares scheduled reports as requested by the Customer
Manages processes and follows procedures to ensure Polices and Government guidelines are correctly implemented
Controls various functions involving sensitive information, determines confidentiality of information as appropriate
Completes projects and processes by specified deadline
Acts as a resource on a daily basis to others by utilizing available policies to provide, communicate, and/or distribute information
Work with international employees and overseas Customer(s)
Required Education, Experience, & Skills
Minimum 6 years of previous experience
High level of Customer Service skills
Capability to work in a small office environment
Excellent interpersonal skills with profound ability to interact effectively with others
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to prioritize with strong problem-solving skills
Proven written and verbal communication skills
High skill level with Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
Bachelor s Degree with 2 year(s) of related experience
Master s Degree with 0 year(s) of related experience
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $60076 - $102130
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
