Description

Stable 100 year old company is searching for a perm/direct hire Payroll Administrator to round out the team. The Payroll Administrator (possibly Lead depending on skill set) will have an important role in the overall strategy of the payroll group. The Payroll Administrator comes with a great benefits package and will be interfacing with multiple stakeholders within the organization so good communication skills will be key. This role will be highly visible and this person will be given autonomy to manage their day and timelines within payroll deadlines and guidelines. Multi-state high volume payroll experience and ADP software are preferred but not required.
Requirements
Excellent understanding of multi-location payroll and taxes
Comfortable with handling confidential payroll information with discretion
Organizational skills
Knowledge of large/robust payroll management software
Excellent written, verbal and social communication skills
5+ years of payroll experience
