In Oracle programme management at PwC, you will focus on overseeing and managing large-scale Oracle implementation projects within an organisation. You will coordinate multiple projects, resources, and stakeholders to enable successful delivery of Oracle solutions. In this area, you will work closely with business leaders, project managers, and technical teams to define project objectives, develop project plans, allocate resources, monitor progress, and mitigate risks.
Translating the vision, you set the tone, and inspire others to follow. Your role is crucial in driving business growth, shaping the direction of client engagements, and mentoring the next generation of leaders. The Opportunity
As part of the Oracle Consulting team you are expected to manage a program consisting of multiple related projects or initiatives, overseeing the coordination and integration to achieve the program's strategic objectives. As a Director you are responsible for setting the strategic direction, leading business development efforts, and overseeing multiple projects while maintaining impactful executive-level client relations. You are also responsible for program governance, stakeholder management, resource allocation, risk management, and maintaining the program delivers the desired outcomes and benefits.

The salary range for this position is: $148,000 - $317,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
