Lockheed Martin Aeronautics is seeking a full-time Early Career Item Analyst. In this role, you will collaborate across Aeronautics to provide high velocity supply to militaries across the world. Your knowledge of supply and logistics principles will help optimize aircraft maintenance planning and execution, leading to improved mission readiness and fleet availability. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and teamwork skills, enabling effective collaboration with diverse teams and stakeholders. Must be a U.S. Citizen; this position will require a government security clearance. This position is located at a facility that requires special access

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree from an accredited college

including: Supply Chain H3,Industrial/Operations Engineering, Logistics,H3 Information Systems, or Business.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, enabling effective collaboration with diverse teams and stakeholders.

• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications

Desired Skills:

• Strong problem-solving skills with a keen eye for

detail and an ability to think critically in a high

tempo customer-centered environment.

• Experience with data tools or programming

languages such as Tableau, SQL, Python, etc.

assigned classes of items by actively interfacing

engineering and suppliers; prepares status

reports and metrics relating to supplier

performance and mission readiness.

• Experience with stakeholder/customer

relationship management

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
