This position is responsible for managing the top quality layout, installation, and change-out of all Heavy Commercial HVAC ductwork, systems, and equipment at the job site. Must be a true leader who develops high performing teams.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Ensuring top quality work produced. and most of all; safely.

  • Perform quality sheet metal installation (Projects such as: schools, hospitals, multi-story buildings, colleges, new construction, demo, and remodel).

  • Achieve project's environmental conditions by installing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning equipment.

  • Reliable Transportation to and from the job site.

  • Receive, verify, and load all equipment and materials needed for each job per the Superintendents / Foreman Directions

  • Participate in company provided training opportunities and meetings

  • Always wear proper PPE and comply with all safety standards and processes.

    Skills

  • 4+ years’ experience in installation of all Commercial HVAC systems and equipment.

  • Willingness to teach apprentices the HVAC Sheetmetal, proper use of tools, and Safety protocols

  • Good analytical skills and attention to detail with ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and manuals.

  • Ability to work independently in a timely manner, making sure job is done correctly the first time.

  • Take personal responsibility of your work and ensure quality craftsmanship

    Additional Qualifications

  • Work as part of our team to ensure customer satisfaction

  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

  • Valid social security number

  • Must be able to pass drug test(s) as required by company

  • Lift up to 50 pounds; be able to push, pull, carry or maneuver heavier items (with additional manpower or appropriate devices); carry ladders; work from heights, work in small crawl spaces.

  • Observe all company procedures and safety rules

  • Maintain accurate time records and send to payroll when required

  • Neat, professional appearance
