One of OfficeTeam's clients, a dynamic organization in the Hi Tech Engineering industry, needs a new, highly-skilled Human Resources Recruiter! As the Human Resources Recruiter, you will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting in support of a diverse array of positions across varying departments such as accounting, marketing, operations, administrative and technology. We are looking for a self-starter wanting to learn and to grow for our client. You will succeed at this position if you're great at recruiting functions as well as a variety of personnel related administrative tasks, including providing clerical support to the HR department. How you will make an impact

  • Constructing internal recommendations

  • Formulating and posting job opportunity advertisements

  • Reserving and screening candidates through various sources and platforms

  • Making use of digital recruiting resources

  • Supporting new-hire on-boarding paperwork/orientations

  • Fulfilling interviews

  • Carrying out various administrative duties

    Requirements - Highly professional; able to use good judgment and maintain a high level of confidentiality and sensitivity

  • Have prior experience in office applications and software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)

    • This position needs to have proficiency with office applications and software, as well as social media platforms
  • Ability to write reports, business correspondence, user instructions, and procedure manuals

  • Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Excel

  • Microsoft Office experience

  • Able to work independently as well as part of a team with flexibility and willingness to learn and to take initiative on variety of tasks and projects

  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience
