Lockheed Martin Development Program Office Data Analyst - Level 4 in Fort Worth, Texas

Description: Join our dynamic team as a Data Scientist within the Development Program Management Office (PMO). This role presents a unique opportunity for an individual proficient in data analytics and dashboard development who also seeks exposure to program management processes. As a key member of the Business Integration team, you will play a pivotal role in developing and maintaining our Program Office performance dashboard, which aggregates data from multiple sources, functions, and teams. Additionally, you will have the exciting opportunity to train the Development PMO on the utilization of data tools, bridging the gap between data insights and actionable decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain the Program Office performance dashboard, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and usability for stakeholders across the organization.

- Aggregate and analyze data from various sources, including but not limited to project management tools, financial systems, and operational databases, to provide valuable insights and inform strategic decision-making.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements, identify key metrics, and implement data collection and reporting mechanisms.

- Proactively identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement through data analysis, presenting findings to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

- Provide training and support to members of the Development PMO on the use of data tools and dashboard functionalities, empowering them to leverage data-driven insights effectively.

- Stay abreast of industry best practices, emerging technologies, and advancements in data analytics and dashboard development, recommending and implementing enhancements to existing processes and tools.

Basic Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree or higher

- Demonstrated expertise in data analytics, dashboard development, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, QlikView) with a strong portfolio showcasing past projects.

Desired Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.

- Proficiency in SQL, Python, or other programming languages for data manipulation and analysis.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
