On-Site Recruiter Support
Location: Halton City, Texas supporting a site in Haslet, and Justin Texas
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Pay: Starting at $23/hr and up, depending on experience
At Adecco , an On-Site Recruiter Support team member plays a key role in ensuring operational excellence by building relationships and delivering exceptional customer service to all internal and external customers.
Responsibilities:
Recruit candidates based on site needs
Onboard and drug test candidates
Conduct orientations and facility tours with new hire classes as needed and following company directive
Monitor daily attendance and generate reports as needed
Attend client meetings and provide operational insights
Assist with on-site timekeeping and attendance tracking
Engage with on-site associates and supervisors to ensure client success metrics are being met
Provide associate counseling regarding performance and attendance when necessary
Support placed associates with assignment-related questions and concerns
Qualifications:
Previous recruiting experience
Expectational ability to build and maintain strong customer and client relationships
Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, and customer service skills
Strong problem-resolution abilities with a calm and clear communication style

Pay Details: $23.00 to $25.00 per hour
