Summary
The Crisis Call Specialist provides 24/7 support to individuals in crisis, offering immediate phone-based assistance and connecting callers to appropriate care. Education
High school diploma or GED required
Bachelor’s degree in a human services field preferred
Training and competency in the Columbia Suicide Severity Rating Scale (C-SSRS) required upon hire
Licensure/Certification

Experience
Minimum of two years’ experience in healthcare, mental health, substance use, or human services required
Experience in a psychiatric hospital or crisis response setting preferred
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and Epic is preferred
Other Qualifications
Must be available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
Strong verbal and written communication skills required
Must be able to lift 50 pounds independently and assist with lifting up to 100 pounds
