Parkview Home Health is Now Hiring a Full-time Home Health LPN for the Fort Wayne, IN branch location
Offering Flexible Work Week Schedule - No After Hours On Call Requirements
The Home Health LPN who demonstrates in-depth knowledge of nursing patient care and the ability to practice independently within the confines of educational preparation physician orders and as assigned and supervised by a registered nurse.

Qualifications
Graduate from an accredited school of practical nursing
Licensed to practice as a licensed practical nurse in the state of IN or in a compact state.
One year of Nursing experience
Must have a Valid Driver's License
CPR Certification

$24.35 - $33.47 /hour
