Robert Half Support Lead in Fort Washington, Pennsylvania
Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Support Lead in the Paper/Packaging industry, located in FORT WASHINGTON, Pennsylvania, United States. The role involves working closely with internal teams and customer stakeholders, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, and fostering a spirit of mentorship within the team.
Responsibilities:
• Proactively handle and resolve complex technical issues with efficiency.
• Serve as the main support lead and point of contact for a significant strategic customer, ensuring high levels of support and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the project team to facilitate the customer’s ERP rollout, striving for a smooth transition and proactive issue resolution.
• Work together with engineering, product management, and network services to escalate and solve technical issues.
• Advocate internally for the customer’s needs, representing the Voice of the Customer (VoC) to encourage product enhancements and support improvements.
• Identify trends in customer issues and suggest process improvements to mitigate recurring issues.
• Contribute to the development of support playbooks and processes to boost case management efficiency and ensure adherence to best practices in Salesforce Service Cloud (Amtech Engage).
• Mentor and guide other support analysts to enhance the team’s ability to meet the customer’s needs.
• Employ SQL queries, system configurations, and troubleshooting techniques to resolve technical issues.
• Provide structured feedback to leadership regarding customer challenges, opportunities for improvement, and support team performance. Requirements • Proficiency in Cloud Technologies is essential for the role
• Familiarity with Content Management System (CMS) is required
• Prior experience in Contract Management is a must
• Proficient in Microsoft tools and software
• Knowledge of Microsoft Azure is necessary
• Experience with Agile Scrum methodology is a significant plus
• Auditing skills are highly desirable
• Familiarity with Best Practices in the paper/packaging industry is needed
• Change Management skills are important for this role
• Coding knowledge, while not mandatory, will be considered an advantage Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.®
