Description
We are hiring a Director of Omnichannel Marketing Strategy for a client in tech/healthcare industry. This position is remote, and candidates must be able to work flexible hours given different time zones. You will be a key leader responsible for driving growth through the development and execution of comprehensive omnichannel marketing strategies. You will work closely with various stakeholders, including internal teams and external advertisers, to ensure seamless and effective marketing campaigns across multiple channels. The role requires an advanced understanding of email and text marketing, segmentation, profile management, and marketing technology.
Create and implement high-level marketing strategies that integrate multiple channels, including email, text, social media, and more, to enhance visibility and engagement
Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns across various channels to ensure consistency, effectiveness, and alignment with overall marketing goals
Design and oversee advanced email and text marketing campaigns, including automation, A/B testing, and performance analysis
Develop and manage detailed audience profiles to ensure targeted and personalized messaging, enhancing the relevance and impact of marketing efforts
Collaborate with content teams to develop marketing messages and content that align with overall marketing goals and resonate with target audiences
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
Must be familiar with marketing technology platforms and tools, with the ability to leverage them for campaign success
Must be able to do full campaign development including audience segmentation, profile management, develop email/ text campaigns, and assist with paid media
Must have strong communication skills
Must have the ability to build out and lead a team of functionally related marketing professionals
Marketing agency background is strong preferred
