A role you will love

As our Business Initiatives Consultant II, you will be a member of the Business Oversight group within our Corporate Trust (CCT) organization. You will support various Business, Governance, and Operational priority initiatives and programs - identifying and delivering on opportunities for synergies across the CCT organization.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Responsible for support functions and oversight programs for multiple business and operational teams within CCT
  • Functions supported may include: policy/procedure administration and adherence, systems/change initiatives, information security, business continuity planning, capacity planning, legal and regulatory adherence, SLA negotiation/development, reporting and analysis, project funding, pipeline, process improvement, quality management, third party management, communications, financial control/budgeting oversight.
  • Evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of procedures, processes, and internal controls to determine gaps, risks and opportunities.
  • Presentation to executive management on business performance and recommends strategies to implement changes and improvements.
  • Assist with development of requirements and documentation for new or revised processes
  • Ongoing oversight of a leadership / diversity / recognition or general program
  • Developing metrics, and evaluating performance of programs, services, and initiatives

What will you bring to the role?

 

  • Experience drafting and presenting materials to senior leadership
  • Accountability for high-quality delivery of assigned initiatives and mentoring less experienced staff to achieve stated objectives
  • Experience for reading and interpreting moderately complex trust or other legal documents in order to identify administrative requirements and responsibilities
  • Ability to work independently with minimal direction

Compensation.The base pay range for this role is $96,000 - $121,000. This base pay range is a national average and may not be applicable to all locations.
