Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team in Fort Myers, Florida. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring smooth communication and project progression by supporting both customers and internal teams. Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with homeowners, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate project timelines and processes in collaboration with team members to move projects forward efficiently.
• Address customer inquiries and requests promptly, providing clear and helpful communication.
• Work closely with the sales team to resolve paperwork discrepancies, process change orders, and monitor project statuses.
• Oversee post-installation processes, including sending surveys and assisting with issue resolution.
• Perform accurate data entry to maintain project records and documentation.
• Utilize organizational skills to manage files, scan documents, and handle shipping tasks as needed.
• Leverage Microsoft Office tools, such as Excel, Word, and Outlook, to support daily operations.
• Monitor and manage projects placed on hold, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution. Requirements • Proven experience in customer service with a focus on delivering high-quality support.
• Proficiency in data entry and maintaining accurate records.
• Strong organizational skills, including the ability to manage files, scan documents, and handle shipping-related tasks.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Ability to coordinate and manage timelines effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills, particularly in resolving customer or project-related issues.
