Description: Within our Fort Morgan, CO manufacturing facility, we are seeking a highly qualified Sanitation Supervisor on our Quality Execution team to continue moving our organization to even larger levels of food quality, safety, and production efficiencies. At Leprino Foods, starting compensation for this role typically ranges between $74,000 and $89,000. This position has an annual target bonus of 10%.

  • Key driver of plant compliance with pest control and sanitation systems, including recordkeeping, SSOP s, Master Sanitation Schedules, CIP efficiency, and chemical safety.

  • Supports Production Division Management in troubleshooting plant quality execution deficiencies.

  • Coordinates audits and follow-up activities including Corrective and Preventative Actions.

  • Work closely with Corporate Quality Assurance to assure accurate follow up on all customer and regulatory issues (complaints, audits, and requests for information).

  • Help to drive the plant environmental sanitation activities and operates as the local subject matter expert on microbiological issues, sanitation audits, and all environmental policies, programs, and systems.

  • Help to lead, inspire, and encourage passion in all plant employees for product quality, food safety, and plant housekeeping.

  • Motivates the plant exempt and non-exempt workforce to assume ownership of all areas of the sanitation and audit systems.

  • Assists in driving core people development processes (hiring and promoting for success, technical/functional training, leadership development, and performance management) within the sanitation, audit, and environmental fun

You Have At Least (Required Qualifications): * A Bachelor s Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Dairy Science, Microbiology, Chemistry, or related fields.

  • Proven experience in food manufacturing environment.

  • One (1) year of strong/dynamic people leadership experience.

  • Understanding of both wet and dry sanitation programs and differences.

  • Knowledge of and passion for quality methods and techniques, including HACCP concept for food safety, quality assurance standards, food laboratory testing methods and operations, and statistical process control techniques.

We Hope You Also Have (Preferred Qualifications): * A Master's Degree in the above mentioned fields.

  • Five (5) years of experience in a quality assurance or sanitation.

  • Dairy/Cheese manufacturing experience.
