Red Arch Solutions Principal System Engineer - Red Arch Prime Contract in Fort Meade, Maryland

Position Overview:

This exciting new program will collaborate with stakeholders across the IC to help our cyber warriors on mission. The Red Arch Team of Systems Engineers will assist the government in all aspects of the SE lifecycle on a high visibility program that will collaborate between multiple IC partners. Our team will help provide professional engineering services to the government portfolio managers during the initiation, planning, and execution, monitoring, and close out phases on numerous complex engineering projects supporting CNO and similar organizations.

Responsibilities:

  • Document end-to-end requirements, concept of operations documents, and  high-level   system architectures to develop system requirements specifications for the Intelligence  Community.

  • Analyze system requirements for the Intelligence Community and coordinate with design and development activities that could include different vendors.

  • Provide technical leadership for the integration of requirements, design, and technology across the Intelligence Community that could include working with different   vendors.

  • Incorporate new plans, designs, and systems into ongoing operations within the Intelligence Community which could include different vendors.

  • Develop technical documentation including but not be limited to system architecture and system design documentation for the Intelligence Community which could include   different vendors.

  • Guide system development and implementation planning through assessment or preparation of SE management plans and system integration and test plans for the   Intelligence Community

  • Interact with the government and Intelligence Community Representative regarding SE technical considerations, and to identify innovative solutions, strategies as well as   resolve associated problems, issues, and conflicts.

  • Communicate effectively with Intelligence Community program personnel, government overseers, and senior executives.

  • Engineer innovative solutions for data and integration to existing and prototype systems for the Intelligence Community which could include different vendors.

  • Operational planning documents for potential targets of interest based upon stakeholder requirements for Intelligence Community.

  • Develop briefs and present to stakeholders on project status, initiatives, and alternative solutions for collections in Intelligence Community.

  • Supports ongoing mission initiatives and operations for mission continuity.

    Qualifications: 

  • T/S SCI with polygraph.

  • 20 years of experience in programs and contracts of similar score, type, and complexity within the Federal Government is required.

  • Demonstrated experience in planning and leading SE efforts.

  • BS degree is System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or related discipline. 5 years of SE experience may be substituted for a BS degree. #CJ
