•Operations-Sending supply chain newsletters to raise colleagues’ awareness about logistics challenges-Arranging logistics routes in collaboration with the Purchasing & Procurement teams-Requesting, comparing & negotiating quotes from logistics partners•Project management-Contracting new logistics partnerships with freight forwarders, customs brokers, warehouses & carriers-Restructuring the Logistics team SOPs & training the Logistics Coordinators accordingly-Improving the efficiency of the Logistics team through ERP dashboards development-Restructuring the Purchasing & Procurement team by creating elaborated dashboards on monday.com-Crafting a SOP with the Inventory Specialist to ensure exact traceability of the lot numbers-Developing a costing tool to save time in the quote requests process•Managing the Supply Chain Assistant & supervising her projects•Operational support of the Logistics team-FCL & LCL imports from vendors to customers or 3PL warehouses (40 TEU /month)-Domestic distribution in the US & CanadaEducation: Logistics or Supply Chain ManagementExperience: as Import Logistic Manager or Supply Chain Manager in food products from the EU.Skills: Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, OneDrive, OneNote & Teams), NetSuite Inc. & Dynamics 365 Business Central (ERP for SMBs ), monday.com, Mindview (Mind mapping, Gantt), PayCargo, LLC
