Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Entry-Level Recruiter to join our growing team. As a Recruiter, you will assist with sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for potential candidates while building strong relationships with hiring managers. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start their career in human resources or recruiting, with plenty of room for growth and learning.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the full-cycle recruitment process, from job posting to candidate onboarding
Source candidates using online platforms, job boards, and social media
Review resumes and conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate qualifications
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
Provide timely updates and communication to candidates throughout the hiring process
Support recruiting events, career fairs, and employer branding efforts
Collaborate with HR and department leaders to understand hiring needs and timelines
Assist with administrative tasks related to the recruitment process
Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent organizational and time management abilities
Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced recruiting environment
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Experience with applicant tracking systems or recruiting tools is a plus but not required
