Robert Half HRIS Administrator - Workday in Fort Lauderdale, Florida

Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Systems Administrator in the Insurance - Casualty industry, based in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. This role involves maintaining and improving the company's Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, Workday, and providing essential support to both Human Capital Management (HCM) and Financials.

Responsibilities:

• Functioning as the primary Workday Security Administrator, ensuring system security and integrity.

• Maintaining and improving the Workday ERP system administration, consolidating it as the main platform.

• Administering multiple financial applications, in addition to Workday, as part of the system support.

• Managing the Workday ticketing system to handle and resolve user issues.

• Overseeing Workday change management, documentation, and quality controls to ensure system stability.

• Assisting in the evaluation, quality reviews, and testing documentation of system upgrades, new feature releases, and implementation.

• Coordinating with internal and external auditors to fulfil audit requests.

• Acting as the main point of contact to assist and support system users with their questions or concerns.

• Analyzing system issues, researching solutions, initiating corrective actions, and performing follow-ups.

• Assisting with ad hoc requests and projects to support business operations.

• Demonstrating initiative in improving processes and escalating issues when necessary.

Skills required include proficiency in Workday, Workday Enterprise Learning, Workday ERP, Workday HCM, Workday HRIS, Application administration, Ticketing System, HRIS - Human Resources Info Systems, HRIS Analysis, HRIS Database, and HRIS reporting. Requirements • Possession of notable expertise in the use of Workday, Workday Enterprise Learning, Workday ERP, Workday HCM, and Workday HRIS.

• Proven experience in application administration.

• Proficiency in using ticketing systems for managing tasks and projects.

• Practical knowledge of HRIS - Human Resources Info Systems.

• Ability to perform HRIS analysis to improve system efficiency.

• Familiarity with HRIS Database and its operation.

• Ability to generate HRIS reports for management decision making.

• Mastery of HRIS Systems and their functionalities.

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively with a team and independently.

• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
